IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: I am not a parts dealer. Parts I use are only available installed on guitars I've built. If you accidently add multiples of something there is only 1 of on a guitar (eg. a bridge/trem), it can take several days before I receive the funds through WIX, then send you a refund for the unused parts. Please be sure to carefully check through your cart to make sure that the item quantity only says "1" on each line before submitting your order to ensure you only have 1 of each type of option, and that there are no duplicate items. This will also help me avoid an accounting nightmare.

All models come standard with a 12" radius. I can do whatever radius you want, but it may change the availability of the parts listed below. For instance, there is no 20" radius Floyd Rose, so you'd have to choose a trem with adjustable saddles, like a Kahler. If you want something other than a 12" radius, contact me at info@machinaguitars.com and I'll find compatible options for you, then issue a quote for them before you agree to purchase anything.​​​

I will ship anywhere I legally can, however, if your country doesn't show up on the list that I've created, please research how much it generally costs to ship a guitar of the same value from Canada to your location, with insurance for the instrument's full value. If you are fine with what it costs, please contact me at info@machinaguitars.com before making your purchase, and I will quickly get you an official shipping quote from a reliable shipping company like FedEx or UPS. Once you approve my quote via email, you can make the purchase and I'll build your guitar.

I will inevitably have questions and will promptly contact you via email regarding the exact color you want (if applicable), the order you want the laminate woods arranged, and anything else that could have a variety of possibilities. I want this to truly feel like it's YOUR GUITAR, so while the company is still small and I don't have a premade pallet of colors to choose from, or set-in-stone arrangements for the laminates, I'll co-ordinate with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. They won't be this inherently custom forever, so take advantage of the creative freedom while you can!!

I have set the price for shipping on the high end of the estimates I received. When I ship the guitar and receive the invoice from UPS, I will provide you with a copy and refund any discrepancy between what I charged you for shipping, and what it actually cost for shipping. I'm just making sure that I'm not stuck shipping a guitar and charging less than I paid to do so. Once I'm more familiar with shipping rates to different places, I'll refine the shipping costs to be within a small enough margin that it won't matter if I undercharged a bit, because it's close enough.

When you make your purchase, if the checkout offers you an option to save your payment information to this website, PLEASE DON'T. My security is fine, but I really don't like the idea of storing that kind of information. I've disabled the option, so hopefully you aren't given the option. Thanks!
