Due to the personalized nature of our instruments, all custom guitar sales are final. Because every custom build is crafted specifically to your unique specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect specs provided by the customer, or aesthetic preferences.
Damaged or Defective Instruments
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and packaging. In the rare event that your guitar arrives damaged in transit or has a structural defect, we will repair or replace the instrument at no cost to you.
To qualify for a damage/defect claim:

Warranty and Repairs
