Return Policy

 

Due to the personalized nature of our instruments, all custom guitar sales are final. Because every custom build is crafted specifically to your unique specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect specs provided by the customer, or aesthetic preferences.

Damaged or Defective Instruments

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and packaging. In the rare event that your guitar arrives damaged in transit or has a structural defect, we will repair or replace the instrument at no cost to you.

To qualify for a damage/defect claim:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the instrument.

• Provide clear photographs of the damage, including the shipping box and packaging materials.​

 

Warranty and Repairs

While returns are not accepted, your custom guitar is backed by our standard Machina 3 year  warranty [e.g., which covers structural defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
